  1. You can check active jobs in your Printer by opening the Printer's job list, if it isn't already on your dock

    • Replace [printer-name] with the name of the printer you found in the previous step

    • And then press Enter on your keyboard

  3. To refresh your job, bring up your Printer window from the dock and then click the circular arrow next to the stalled job
